CE2009 Taiwan Overview

Concurrent Engineering (CE) is concerned with designing products and services meeting requirements of their life cycle stakeholders. Consequently, CE entails elements of integration, Collaboration, Coordination and communication supported by tools interacting with designers on behave of the stakeholders. Technologies need to enable designers to literally put themselves in the shoes of the stakeholders. In addressing the challenges through CE2009, research of a multi/inter-disciplinary nature in particular are cordially invited.
